Free shipping in Canada for retail purchases except SimplyThick* products up to 5 kg . For more than 5Kg, please request a quote .

Flat rate $12 for SimplyThick* products up to 5 kg (2 bottles or 2 boxes) only in Quebec. For more than 5Kg, please request a quote.

Normally we make our deliveries on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Usually, orders are processed upon receipt and are delivered within 2-5 business days (excluding equipment).

If there is a weekend or holiday involved or if the order is received late in the day, delivery may take longer than 5 days.

Please plan your orders accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
