Refund Policy
For all returns, you must obtain an RMA code. To obtain your RMA number, please send us a message by email: ergogrip@ergogrip.ca or by fax (1-866-908-7062) including the following information:
The reason for return
The product code
The quantity to be returned
The date of the order
Your purchase order number
The name of the buyer
If your merchandise is defective and still under warranty or if your order has been damaged by the carrier sent by Ergogrip, we will replace it free of charge.
If you have made a mistake in your order or if you have changed your mind and want to return your merchandise, here are the terms and conditions that you will have to respect:
Pay 20% restocking fee
Pay the shipping costs
Return the merchandise in good condition (unused) in its original packaging
IMPORTANT: Clearly indicate the authorization number (RMA) on the delivery note to properly return the merchandise.
We do not accept any returns for equipment. Once the purchase order issued by the customer is received by Ergogrip, the purchase is final.
