Advantages Thermal tableware
Ergogrip uses double-wall air-insulation technology. Here are the benefits:
  - Double-wall construction creates a sealed empty space between the walls of the dishes. This space traps the air as it heats up, thereby preserving the hot contents. You can also achieve the opposite - cold air that preserves cold contents - by placing the dishes in a freezer beforehand. This technology is healthy and safe.
Food and beverages retain their ideal temperature for longer.
  - Foam-free insulation means it's easier to design, less expensive and, above all, 100% recyclable at the end of its life.
It's lightweight and environmentally friendly.
  - Polypropylene, the material used in the manufacture of our thermal dinnerware, is FDA-approved and therefore safe for food and beverages.   - It's microwave and commercial dishwasher safe.
_____________________________________________________________
- Ergogrip thermal dishes DO NOT contain polyurethane foam insulation like many other dishes. Here's why:
- Foam insulation makes thermal crockery heavy, and studies have shown that there is a possibility of CO2 (carbon dioxide) emissions following prolonged exposure to the microwave.
- Foam insulation cannot be recycled after its lifetime.

Vaisselle Classique benefits
- Our classic tableware is made from resin, melamine and formaldehyde. It's strong, attractive, reliable and lightweight.
- It's mainly made of high-quality, pure melamine resin. This is a thermosetting material with plastic-like characteristics. It is manufactured by mixing melamine and formaldehyde in a polymerization process. This is what gives it its porcelain-like appearance, but also makes it less expensive, lighter and more durable.
- Some manufacturers have been known to mix urea-formaldehyde (methane urea) with their melamine resin to save on production costs, as urea-formaldehyde is cheaper. Ergogrip does not do this.
- We carefully select the finest quality melamine resin available. It contains 99.8% pure melamine and no more than 0.2% formaldehyde. It's the best quality melamine you can buy.
- It is microwave-safe. However, the melamine will be very hot. To avoid burns, please do not reheat your meals or beverages for more than 60 seconds at a time. Classic dishes are not recommended if you want to reheat food that contains a lot of fat, oil or grease.
- It is safe to use in commercial dishwashers.

Classic Dish Care
- When crockery is used for commercial purposes, it is more likely to be exposed to organic and chemical compounds. It is therefore essential to take good care of them. Organic molecules tend to adhere to surfaces, while the oils and tannins present in coffee and tea are more persistent. Coffee and tea stains can be more difficult to clean, and this is true of all types of crockery, including melamine, porcelain, ceramics, plastic and so on.
- We believe that stain formation depends on a combination of many factors, including: the amount of limescale present in your local water, the quality of your dishwasher detergent, the chemicals you use, the use of stain removers and rinse additives, the temperature of your dishwasher water, pre-soaking, the cleaning process, and so on.
- Suggestions :
  - Immediately empty any coffee, tea or other beverages left in the cups and rinse. Bring along a small tub to pre-soak your cups while you serve the tables.
Never scrub with an abrasive agent such as Ajax cleaner or a steel wool, copper or brass pad. For best results, without damaging the product's finish, rub with a non-abrasive plastic pad, cloth or sponge.
Caution: when your dishes are scratched or worn, organic compounds tend to adhere permanently.
  - Have your dishwasher's settings and chemical additive levels checked regularly by a professional.
  - As a general rule, you should use a high-quality alkaline detergent when washing. For a pre-soak, use a solution composed of sodium perborate. Note that with this type of chemical used in a pre-soak, it's really important to use very hot, even almost boiling, water.
Once in a while, rinse your dishes with liquid chlorine, then wipe dry immediately. This is a safe way of disinfecting, but don't overdo it. Soaking with liquid chlorine will help remove stains, but will damage the product over time.
Consult your chemical supplier for the best products and chemical agents for pre-soaking. He will also be able to advise you on cleaning high-quality melamine crockery.
- IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend that you get into the habit of pre-soaking your crockery. This will help clean stains before they harden. We also suggest that you ask your chemical supplier for advice on the appropriate products to buy for pre-soaking high-quality melamine crockery.

Advantages FLEX graduated lenses
- Our Flex lenses are easy to handle to meet the needs of the aging population.
- Flex lenses are superior for several reasons:
  - Its width reduces the risk of inadvertent liquid loss. Less spillage means less waste, and therefore money saved.
  - Its width accommodates the nose when drinking liquid. This prevents the person from tilting the head too far back to drink. Ideal for the elderly, patients with head or neck injuries, those with swallowing difficulties, etc.
  - Its width means users don't have to close their hands all the way to hold the glass. The grip is therefore more comfortable and less physically demanding. This glass is ideal for arthritis sufferers (reduced pain) or those with loss of dexterity.
  - All our Flex glasses have graduation marks on the sides. This enables staff to serve a precise quantity, thus reducing wastage due to over-filling, which inevitably saves money. It's also handy if you need to keep a closer eye on liquid consumption. In fact, Ergogrip Flex glasses are the only graduated glasses on the market.
  - Ergonomic handling is facilitated by the textured, lined side of the lens. This is ideal for people with reduced dexterity, as it helps them feel the lens in their hands.
Flex lenses are available in three different colors. Some customers use specific colors to signify dietary needs, such as thickened beverages.
  - Our specially designed lid for all Flex glasses features a perforated opening to facilitate the use of a straw (if required). This eliminates the need to keep an inventory of different types of lids. And you won't have to search through different suppliers to find a compatible lid. We're an all-in-one company!
