Advantages of thermal dishes
Ergogrip uses air insulation technology (double wall). Here are its benefits:
- The double-wall construction creates a sealed vacuum space between the walls of the dishes. This space traps the air which heats up and, by the same token, preserves its hot contents. You can also obtain the opposite, i.e. cold air which preserves its cold contents, by placing the dishes in a freezer beforehand. This technology is healthy and safe.
- Food and drinks maintain their ideal temperature for longer.
- Foam-free insulation means it is easier to design, less expensive and, above all, 100% recyclable at the end of its lifespan.
- It is light and ecological.
- Polypropylene, the material used in the manufacturing of our thermal dinnerware, is FDA approved and is therefore safe for food and beverages. - It is safe in the microwave and in commercial dishwashers.

• Ergogrip thermal dinnerware DOES NOT contain polyurethane foam insulation like many other dinnerware. Here’s why:
• Insulating foam makes thermal dishes heavy and studies have shown that there is a possibility of CO2 (carbon dioxide) emissions following prolonged exposure to the microwave.
• Insulating foam is not recyclable after its lifespan.

Classic Tableware Benefits
• Our classic dinnerware is made of resin, melamine and formaldehyde. It is strong, attractive, reliable and lightweight.
• It is mainly composed of high-quality pure melamine resin. It is a thermosetting material with characteristics similar to plastic. It is made by mixing melamine and formaldehyde in a polymerization process. This is what gives it its appearance of Chinese porcelain, but also makes it less expensive, lighter and more durable.
• Some manufacturers are known to mix urea formaldehyde (methane urea) with their melamine resin to save on production costs, as urea formaldehyde is cheaper. Ergogrip does not do this.
• We carefully select the finest quality melamine resin possible. In fact, it contains 99.8% pure melamine and no more than 0.2% formaldehyde. This is the best quality melamine you can buy.
• It is microwave safe. However, melamine will be very hot. To avoid burning yourself, please do not reheat your meals or drinks for more than 60 seconds at a time. Classic dinnerware is not recommended if you want to reheat food that contains a lot of fat, oil or grease.

Classic Dishwashing Care
• When tableware is used for commercial purposes, it will be more prone to exposure to organic and chemical compounds. It is therefore essential to take care of it. Indeed, organic molecules tend to adhere to surfaces while oils and tannins present in coffee and tea are more persistent. Coffee and tea stains can be more difficult to clean and this is the case for all types of tableware including melamine, porcelain, ceramic, plastic, etc.
• We believe that stain formation depends on a combination of several factors including: the amount of limescale present in your local water, the quality of your dishwasher detergent, the chemicals you use, the use of stain removers and rinse aids, the temperature of your dishwasher water, pre-soaking, the cleaning process, etc.
• Suggestions:
- Immediately empty any remaining coffee, tea or other beverages from the cups and rinse. Bring a small basin to pre-soak your cups while you clear the tables.
- Never scrub with an abrasive agent such as Ajax Cleaner or a steel, copper or brass wool pad. For best results, without damaging the product's finish, scrub with a non-abrasive plastic pad, cloth or sponge.
- Caution: When your dishes are scratched or worn, organic compounds tend to adhere permanently.
- Have your dishwasher settings and the levels of chemical additives used checked regularly by a professional.
- As a general rule, you should use a high quality alkaline detergent when washing. For a pre-soak, use a solution made of sodium perborate. Note that with these types of chemicals used in a pre-soak, it is really important to use very hot, almost boiling, water.
- Once in a while, rinse your dishes with liquid chlorine, then dry immediately. This is a safe way to disinfect, but don't overdo it. Soaking in liquid chlorine will remove stains, but will become more damaging over time.
- Consult your chemical supplier for the best products and chemicals for pre-soaking. They will also be able to advise you on cleaning high-quality melamine tableware.
• IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend that you get into the habit of pre-soaking your dishes. This will greatly help to remove stains before they set. We also suggest that you seek advice from your chemical supplier on the appropriate products to purchase for pre-soaking high quality melamine dishes.

Advantages of FLEX graduated glasses
• Our Flex lenses are easy to handle to meet the needs of the aging population.
• Flex lenses are superior for several reasons:
- Its width reduces the risk of unintentional loss of liquid. Less damage means less waste and therefore money saved.
- Its width allows the nose to be accommodated when drinking the liquid. This prevents the person from tilting their head too far back to drink. It is ideal for the elderly, for patients with head or neck injuries, for those who have swallowing difficulties, etc.
- Its width prevents its users from having to close their hands completely in order to hold the glass. The grip is therefore more comfortable and less physically demanding. This glass is very suitable for people suffering from arthritis (reduction of pain) or who have a loss of dexterity.
- All our Flex glasses have graduation marks on the sides. This allows staff to serve a precise amount and thus reduce waste due to overfilling which inevitably saves money. It is also practical in case of need for increased monitoring of liquid consumption. In fact, Ergogrip Flex glasses are the only graduated glasses on the market.
- The grip is ergonomic and is facilitated by the textured and lined side of the glass. This is ideal for people with reduced dexterity, as it helps them feel the glass in their hands.
- Flex glasses are available in three different colors. Some customers also use specific colors to indicate dietary needs such as thickened beverages.
- OUR lid specially designed for all our Flex glasses has a perforated opening to facilitate the use of a straw (if necessary). This eliminates the need to keep an inventory of different types of lids. In addition, you will no longer need to search through different suppliers in order to find a lid compatible. We are an all-in-one company!
